Kayan child-safety standards

Adults only

Kayan is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts for minors and false ages intended to bypass this rule are prohibited.

Prohibited content and conduct

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, trafficking, and requesting, creating, publishing or exchanging child sexual abuse material. Sexual harassment of minors, soliciting sexual images or conversations, and using accounts, messages or links to facilitate these acts are prohibited.

Reporting

Report the account or message in the app, or email contact@app-kayan.com with the subject “Kayan child-safety report”. Identify the account or content location and explain the concern. Do not download, forward or redistribute abusive material. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Review and action

The Kayan app operator checks email and safety reports daily and prioritises urgent cases. We remove confirmed abusive content and restrict offending accounts, preserve necessary evidence lawfully with limited access, and report confirmed cases to the appropriate authority under applicable legal obligations. Reports associated with a deleted account are retained for 90 days, or longer if legally required.
